How does the 7-day trial work?

Create an account and start provisioning right away. If you cancel within 7 days, the subscription fee won’t apply. Usage charges for numbers/minutes may still apply.

Do you sell numbers outside the US?

Not yet. VoiceTotal currently offers US local and US toll-free numbers (800/888/877/866/855/844/833) with area-code selection where available.

What are the starting rates?

US numbers start at $0.30 per number (plan/area code dependent). Per-minute rates apply based on your plan. Taxes and fees may vary by location.

Can I port existing US numbers (LNP)?

Yes. Submit a port-in request via dashboard or API. We guide you through LOA/KYC and carrier requirements. Timelines vary by carrier and number type.

How does bulk provisioning work?

Upload a CSV or use the API to reserve and configure large batches of US numbers at once ideal for campaigns, franchises, or multi-location rollouts.

Can I use my existing PBX/CCaaS?

Yes. You can forward the numbers you receive from us to your own system.
