💰 When will my credit card be charged?

The card you attach to your account will be charged in these scenarios:

  • When you add funds to your account manually
  • By default, if your account balance goes below $10, we will automatically charge the card on file with a $25 deposit, so you can avoid going negative in your balance
  • Monthly subscription fees for your plan
  • When you upgrade your plan (prorated difference)

You can adjust your auto top-up settings within the platform.

🔄 How VoiceTotal billing works

You pay a recurring subscription fee (monthly or yearly depending on what you choose) to use the platform. Along with that you also have an account balance for all usage billing (paying for phone numbers, minutes, texts, etc).

Some promotional campaigns may include starting usage credits applied to your account balance that will go towards usage fees within the app.

When your account balance goes below $10, we will automatically charge the card on file with a $25 deposit, so you can avoid going negative in your balance.

💳 Payment methods

  • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal: Accepted for subscription payments
  • All payments are processed in US Dollars

📋 Usage pricing

Deducted from your account balance:

  • Phone numbers: Pricing varies by plan level and number type
  • Call minutes: Pricing varies by plan level and call type
  • SMS messages: Pricing varies by plan level
  • Premium features: Additional charges may apply for certain features

Check your account dashboard for specific pricing based on your current plan.

🔒 Payment security

VoiceTotal does not store your credit card details. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, that stores payment information and issues a token instead. These tokens do not contain card details and work as the card identifier for the processor.

🔄 Refund policy

We’re confident you’ll love VoiceTotal, however if for whatever reason you’re not satisfied in your first 14 days, you can get a refund no questions asked.

Refund eligibility:

  • New customers only
  • Must request refund within 14 days of signup
  • Refunds do not apply to users who have been reported for illegal activity
  • Unused account balance refunds available upon request (minimum $5)

⚠️ Account violations

Starting immediately, any users that are reported for conducting illegal activity on our platform (including but not limited to: robocalling, TCPA violations, spam calling, or any type of scam related to impersonating companies) will have their account immediately suspended and their card on file charged up to a $250 penalty.

Our refund policy does not apply to users who have been reported for illegal activity.

📞 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime by:

  1. Going to your account billing page
  2. Clicking “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Following the cancellation prompts

Please note: All phone numbers will be released from your account upon cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
